Set in a rural location activities will centred around mindfulness and connection to nature and will be based on experiencing new things, challenging mindset and teamwork. As well as sessions designed to open up communication but most importantly have fun. Activities can include: Barefoot Walking, Yoga and Fitness classes, Barefoot walking, fire starting and survival skills, Tiktok dancing and plenty of team challenges. With food and refreshments provided throughout the day our family retreats are always a hit.
